Why is pricing per wing instead of per society?
Each wing typically has its own secretary managing its own residents, bills, and complaints. Per-wing pricing means a society with multiple wings is not forced into one giant subscription — each wing pays only for its own size, and each secretary sees only their own wing.
What if my wing has more flats than my plan covers?
You upgrade to the next slab. Slabs are based on flat capacity — for example, a wing with 72 flats falls into the "Up to 100 flats" slab. The product itself never blocks features based on plan.
Are all features included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan unlocks the entire product — billing, complaints, notices, tenant approvals, audit exports, secretary handover, everything. The only difference between plans is the flat capacity. There are no feature tiers, no add-ons, and no enterprise upsells.
Is GST included in the displayed prices?
Yes. The price you see is the final amount, with GST already included. There are no surprise charges at checkout.
How do I pay for the platform subscription?
We support UPI, NetBanking, debit/credit cards, and standard online payment methods through our payment partners for MyCloudSociety platform subscriptions. Bank-level encryption applies to every transaction.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your subscription settings. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my society data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible during your active subscription. After cancellation, the society can re-subscribe at any time and pick up where it left off. Audit-ready exports (Form I/J, payment trails, member registers) can be downloaded at any time before cancellation.
Will pricing change later? Do I get locked in?
Pricing slabs can update over time and are always shown live on this page. Existing subscriptions continue at the rate they signed up at until renewal. We never silently raise prices mid-cycle.
