Each wing buys its own plan. Each secretary sees only their wing.
A society with multiple wings doesn't pay for one giant subscription. Smaller wings don't subsidize larger wings. Each wing is its own world.

Pricing questions, answered.
Why is pricing per wing instead of per society?
Each wing typically has its own secretary managing its own residents, bills, and complaints. Per-wing pricing means a society with multiple wings is not forced into one giant subscription — each wing pays only for its own size, and each secretary sees only their own wing.
What if my wing has more flats than my plan covers?
You upgrade to the next slab. Slabs are based on flat capacity — for example, a wing with 72 flats falls into the "Up to 100 flats" slab. The product itself never blocks features based on plan.
Are all features included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan unlocks the entire product — billing, complaints, notices, tenant approvals, audit exports, secretary handover, everything. The only difference between plans is the flat capacity. There are no feature tiers, no add-ons, and no enterprise upsells.
Is GST included in the displayed prices?
Yes. The price you see is the final amount, with GST already included. There are no surprise charges at checkout.
How do I pay for the platform subscription?
We support UPI, NetBanking, debit/credit cards, and standard online payment methods through our payment partners for MyCloudSociety platform subscriptions. Bank-level encryption applies to every transaction.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your subscription settings. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my society data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible during your active subscription. After cancellation, the society can re-subscribe at any time and pick up where it left off. Audit-ready exports (Form I/J, payment trails, member registers) can be downloaded at any time before cancellation.
Will pricing change later? Do I get locked in?
Pricing slabs can update over time and are always shown live on this page. Existing subscriptions continue at the rate they signed up at until renewal. We never silently raise prices mid-cycle.

What is Nexa AI Plus?
Nexa AI Plus is the complete MyCloudSociety subscription per wing with the Nexa AI assistant built in. Nexa understands English, Hinglish, Hindi, and Marathi. It can answer questions about your society and draft notices, reminders, and reports from your real app data — through text and live voice.
What is included in AI Plus?
The full MyCloudSociety platform plus the Nexa AI assistant for normal secretary use — questions about dues, members, payments, complaints, notices, drafting reminders, exporting reports, and live voice sessions. Heavy use is supported with optional top-ups.
What happens for very heavy use in a single month?
Your usual secretary work is covered by the AI Plus subscription. If a wing has unusually heavy activity in a single month, optional top-ups are available so work never stops. The rest of MyCloudSociety — billing, members, complaints, notices — keeps working as normal.
Is the old non-AI plan available for new subscriptions?
No. New purchases and renewals use AI Plus. Existing paid non-AI subscriptions keep access until their current paid expiry date.
Which languages does Nexa actually understand?
Nexa is built for Indian housing societies — English, Hinglish in Latin script, Hindi in Devanagari, and Marathi in Devanagari. You can talk or type the way you naturally speak in your society.
Does Nexa ever make up answers?
No. Nexa is grounded only in your society's real app data. If the record doesn't exist, Nexa says so instead of inventing one. Actions that change anything — like sending a notice — always ask for your confirmation first.
